Flower vendor, Gandhi Bazaar

In Gandhi Baazar, this old man and his younger apprentice sat among piles of flowers making thick, heavily fragrant garlands. There were many flower vendors in the bazaar but we chose to sketch this pair because the older man had the most beautiful skullcap; a brilliant turquoise with thick black embroidery. Both men were very pleased to be drawn.
